We monitor your server or website uptime from multiple locations. You don't need to change anything or provide us with any details other than the address of the server or website you want monitored and who you want informing when it goes down. When we detect a problem we will immediately alert you by email and/or sms. You can then quickly fix the problem and minimise your downtime and customer complaints.
Signup
To start a 1 month free trial of our monitoring services simply create an account using the form on the right. If you specify your website and mobile number we will automatically create a website monitor and set your email address and mobile to receive alerts. Don't worry you can always change this later but its a good way to get started quickly.
Configure
Once you've signed up you will receive a welcome email with details of how to use the control panel. Login and configure your monitoring services and contacts using the online control panel. If you specify your website details when you signed up the monitor will already be up and running for you. You will get an alert to confirm its working.
Get Alerted
Once everything is configured you will automatically receive alerts whenever your services are unavailable. Alerts are colour coded for visual impact and include error details and diagnostic traces. You can also opt to receive daily, weekly and/or monthly reports detailing your server availability, connection times and transfer rates. By default we will create an email contact for you automatically and an sms contact if you specify your mobile number when signing up.
